Hide Staff From Stylist Matchmaker

To make managing these situations easier, staff members can now be hidden from the Stylist Matchmaker whenever required.
This means salon owners and managers have complete control over which team members appear in client matching results. It helps ensure clients are only matched with stylists who are available and actively welcoming new bookings.

Lock All Profiles At Once
Managing a large team can be time-consuming, particularly when reviewing staff profiles across multiple departments.
That's why we've introduced the ability to lock every staff profile in the salon with a single click.
Once you're happy with your team's profiles, simply activate the lock feature and all profiles become protected from further editing. Profiles remain locked until a salon owner or manager chooses to unlock them.
This feature is particularly useful for larger salons that want to maintain consistency across their website and ensure all team information remains accurate and up to date.
Easier Photo Management

To help with this, we've made it much easier to identify uploaded photos that have not yet been tagged.
Stylists can now quickly see which images still need attention, helping them keep their portfolios organised and fully searchable.

Better Support For Multi-Salon Teams
Many salon groups and multi-location businesses employ stylists who work across more than one salon.
We've improved Showcase to better support these flexible working arrangements.
Stylists who work across multiple salon locations are now automatically listed at every salon where they provide services. At the same time, each location can have its own unique booking link.
This makes the booking process much simpler for clients, ensuring they're directed to the correct salon while still being able to book with their preferred stylist.
It's a small change that creates a much better experience for both salons and clients.
